Foundation:<\/b>\u00a0Data processing in the context of B2F \u2013 Business to Future recruitment processes is based on the pre-contractual procedures involved, and the communication of data collected in this context to B2F \u2013 Business to Future customers, also for recruitment purposes., is based on the consent of the data subject to its communication to other entities.<\/p>

Data subjects may request access to their personal data, the rectification of their data or its erasure, the limitation of the processing of their data, data portability, oppose the use of their data and withdraw their remaining consent to processing, whenever applicable, under legal terms.<\/p>

The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Control Authority, in Portugal, the National Data Protection Commission.<\/p>
