This time, the challenge came from Bial \u2014 one of the most prestigious Portuguese pharmaceutical companies \u2014 with whom we have been collaborating on a solution for the area of <strong>Continuous Improvement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Challenge<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bial was looking for a more agile and effective way to manage the process of <strong>submission, evaluation, and approval of ideas<\/strong> from its employees.
