RECRUITMENT

Categories of personal data collected: For recruitment and selection purposes, B2F- Business to Future collects the name, educational qualifications, employment history, language proficiency, telephone contact, nationality and location of candidates.

Goal: This data is processed for the purposes of analyzing the suitability of candidates; presentation of employment opportunities; and handling the employee admission process.

Foundation: Data processing in the context of B2F – Business to Future recruitment processes is based on the pre-contractual procedures involved, and the communication of data collected in this context to B2F – Business to Future customers, also for recruitment purposes., is based on the consent of the data subject to its communication to other entities.

Subcontractors: Data processing may be carried out by a service provider, hired by B2F – Business to Future, as subcontractor. Providers will exclusively process data for the purposes defined by B2F – Business to Future and in compliance with the instructions issued by it, strictly complying with legal standards on the protection of personal data, information security and other applicable standards.

Goal: This data is processed to provide business and technology consulting services and strategic outsourcing in the areas of accounting-financial, tax, human resources and business support processes.

Foundation: This data processing is based on the need to execute the contracts concluded by B2F – Business to Future with its customers.

Subcontractor: Personal data contained in these treatments may be shared with technological service providers or others contracted by B2F – Business to Future. Providers will exclusively process data for the purposes defined by B2F – Business to Future and in compliance with the instructions issued by it, strictly complying with legal standards on the protection of personal data, information security and other applicable standards.

Data Transfers: The processing of this information is carried out only in the European Economic Area, and no transfer of data to a third country is expected.

Conservation period: The data processed in this context will be kept for a period of 2 years after the termination of the contractual relationship, after which it will be deleted, unless its conservation proves necessary to comply with legal obligations or for the defense of B2F – Business to Future in judgment.

Obligatoriness: The communication of personal data requested from customers is an essential requirement for the establishment of a commercial relationship between the Parties.

4. Rights of personal data holders

Data subjects may request access to their personal data, the rectification of their data or its erasure, the limitation of the processing of their data, data portability, oppose the use of their data and withdraw their remaining consent to processing, whenever applicable, under legal terms.
